Smart Mart – Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
  • You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. A full refund will be issued with no cancellation charges.
  • After Shipment:
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the order value. Refund will be processed once the product is returned to our facility in its original condition.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

  • You may request a return or replacement if the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description shown on the platform.
  • All requests must be raised by writing to partner-support@batterysmart.in
  • Within 7 days of delivery: Eligible for full return/replacement at no extra charge.
  • Between 7 to 14 days of delivery: Accepted with a 10% processing fee.
  • After 14 days:
  • No return or replacement is possible.
  • We may request photos, videos, or additional information to verify the issue before approving any request.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Within 7 days: Full refund.
  • Between 7 to 14 days: Refund will be processed after deducting a 10% fee.
  • After 14 days:
  • Refunds cannot be processed.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. Additional Notes

  • Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories to qualify.
  • Smart Mart reserves the right to decline any cancellation, return, or refund request if it does not meet the conditions above.
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+71875822cb51449d83ceeb8510c75f0c@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
